After laying vacant for almost two decades, a major $60 million Woolworths-anchored development has commenced construction in Brisbane’s northern suburbs.
The retail development, located on 7.5 hectare site on the corner of South Pine Road and Stafford Road in Everton Park, will include a new Woolworths supermarket, a Masters Home Improvement centre, approximately 1,000 square meters of specialty retail and 800 square meters of commercial tenancies.
The development was approved in August 2012 following a length objection process instigated by the Yu Feng Group, owners of the nearby Brookside Shopping Centre and Stafford Shopping Centre.
