Construction Commences On Mooloolaba's Rare Beachside Offering

Elite Projects has announced the start of construction for its boutique $10 million Trinity Beach Home development in Mooloolaba.

Elite Projects Director Bill Weir said buyer interest was very strong for the collection of  10 freestanding, multi-level homes within walking distance to Mooloolaba and Alexandra Headlandbeaches, cafes restaurants and the famous Mooloolaba Esplanade precinct.

“Enquiry levels are already extremely encouraging, and with an influx of visitors arriving for the summer holiday period we can expect a further spike in interest,’’ Mr Weir said.

Interest for the Mooloolaba-based residential development is further fuelled by the rarity of the development, as space so close to Mooloolaba's waterfront is at present limited to almost non-existent.

“This type of premium product has not, if ever, been available in Mooloolaba for years, and my feeling is that it will sell quickly,” Mr Weir said when the Trinity Beach Homes development was first launched.

The 10 elevated and spacious multi-level homes will be shared on two beach home designs, per lot, on five individual parcels of land. They have been thoughtfully designed to capture the cooling sea breezes and views to Point Cartwright, Caloundra, Moreton Island and the Glasshouse Mountains.

Trinity Beach Homes have been designed and will be built with an emphasis on relaxed living. Construction will include two seperate beach home designs, and Mr Weir said future residents will be able to choose between the designs to best suit their lifestyle.

Construction of the houses will consist of timber floors, a neutral interior palette, natural light, high ceilings and efficiently utilise cross ventilation to capture cooling sea breezes and the soothing sounds of the ocean.

Ranging in size from approximately 241 square metres to 273 square metres, the homes will offer three bedrooms, two bathrooms and powder room, and double garage plus top of the range fit-out and finishes.

Prices will start in the mid to high $900,000.
