Sydney-based property developer Crown Group have unveiled their latest project which will create resort-style facilities atop their luxury residential development in Waterloo.

The development, 'Waterfall by Crown Group', will also offer residents a recreational deck, an infinity rooftop pool, a secluded bamboo-covered walkway, a state-of-the-art cantilevered gym, function room with a catering kitchen, music room, and onsite retail.

The main attraction will be the rooftop ‘Sky’ cinema, which residents can use to enjoy their favourite films while experiencing panoramic views and natural surrounds under the stars.

However, Crown Group were particularly proud of their modern gym design, featuring gym facilities on level nine of one of the development’s four buildings which are cantilevered over the edge of the building providing views to the south over the landscaped courtyard and lagoon below and views of the roof top pool and pool deck area.

“The meaning of luxury is reflected in all aspects of this stunning project - Waterfall by Crown Group provides incredible facilities and residents’ spaces in an ideal location in Sydney,” Waterfall by Crown Group Project Director Prisca Edwards said.

"Waterfall by Crown Group is set to be an escape, a sanctuary, back to the nature environment with the convenience of city living at your doorstep,” she said.

Waterfall by Crown Group comprises three seven-storey buildings and a 20-storey sculptural tower overlooking a tropical landscape and water gardens.

Public art is another key element of Waterfall as Mika Utzon Popov, grandson of Sydney Opera House architect Jorn Utzon, will create a large-scale artwork on selected exterior walls.

Waterfall by Crown Group's collection of living spaces include studios, one, two and three-bedroom apartments and, at the higher scale, courtyard apartments and double-storey upper penthouses. The interiors are made with stone, timber and subtle hues in an attempt to convey fresh, natural modern luxury.

Construction is scheduled for completion in 2020.
