Crown Group chief executive Iwan Sunito says the project generated a lot of interest before the official marketing campaign began.
“We’ve built on the strength and diversity of the existing community with a powerful mixed-use design,” Sunito said.
Crown Group partnered with architects Francis-Jones Morehen Thorp to create the retail and residential precinct.

“This is the cornerstone of the rejuvenation of Eastlakes Town Centre with more than $1 billion behind it, and one that will drive continued growth for the community as a whole,” the Group said in a release.
The developer’s other projects include a 331 apartment building in Sydney’s Waterloo, named Waterfall, Sydney’s $13 billion Green Square renewal, a 29 level residence in Parramatta called “V” designed by Allen Jack + Cottier architects, Crown Group’s $250 million “Manhattan-style” Clarence Street tower in Sydney’s CBD, and a new Melbourne based development.
