Sydney-based Crown Group was named winner of two categories at the
2015-2016 International Property Awards, Asia Pacific Region; to be presented at an official ceremony on May 7 and 8 at the Shangri-La Hotel, Kuala Lumpur.
Crown Group brought home the Residential Development (Australia) award for its iconic 25-story 220-apartment development at 161 Clarence Street - Sydney by Crown.
The group was also named winner of the Interior Design Apartment (Australia) award for its striking three-bedroom penthouse at the recently-completed Viking by Crown in Waterloo.
The 10-storey building features 110 apartments, a 25-metre pool, gymnasium, terrace cafe, and views of Waterloo.
The two prestigious international awards follow the expansion of Crown Group's offices to four international locations in the past 24 months including Jakarta, Surabaya, Bali and Singapore.
The 2015-2016 International Property Awards, Asia-Pacific region celebrate company achievements across all sectors of the property and real estate industry.
Crown Group Chief Executive Iwan Sunito said the two prestigious awards in the Asia-Pacific region were a welcome mark of distinction.

Entrants from more than 25 countries competed across each category in the region and were judged by a panel of more than 70 experts.
"Sydney by Crown and Viking by Crown have been exceptionally popular with our buyers, both owner occupiers and investors," Mr Sunito added.
