DA Approved For Stirling Capital's Green-Living Perth Apartments

V

A green-living residential development has just been approved for

Stirling Capital at 78 Stirling Street, Perth.

Verdant Apartments, designed by award-winning architects

MJA, will feature 136 quality one and two bedroom apartments across 19 levels.

Apartments will be priced from $368,000 for a one bedroom and from $488,000 for a two bedroom.

The development has been designed with a range of energy-efficient measures including solar panels and a solar-boosted central gas hot water plant servicing all apartments.

Cross-ventilation will be used to reduce the need for air conditioning, as well as efficient lighting and water fittings.

Each apartment will feature designer kitchens and quality fittings throughout, many with uninterrupted city views. Residents will share an expansive roof terrace with sweeping city views that incorporates a large gym, sauna, BBQ and entertaining area, private dining room and sun deck.

Stirling Street is well-connected, with major transport hubs, Perth’s CBD and cultural centre within walking distance. Two childcare centres are nearby as well as a post office, cafes, restaurants, bars, shopping and entertainment precincts.

Stirling Capital Director Luke Reinecke said this development offers an exciting lifestyle and is another step forward in Perth’s revitalisation.

“Verdant Apartments will set a new standard for clever, energy-efficient living combined with ground-breaking design elements, while remaining completely affordable,” Mr Reinecke said.

“We are already seeing a major rejuvenation of this pocket of the city and with millions of dollars worth of infrastructure projects underway on Verdant’s doorstep, we expect these apartments will be immensely popular with owner-occupiers and investors alike.”
