Anthony John Group has lodged a development application for the next stage of its $600 million East Village development in Cannon Hill, Brisbane.
The latest stage, set for public release in mid-2016 comprises 140 one, two and three bedroom apartments across three six-storey buildings.
The scheme includes two and three bedroom north facing ground floor terrace apartments, secure underground car parking, and some 1,200sqm of landscaped parkland.
Approximately 1,000sqm of retail will also be delivered on completion, the first of two retail components set to total close to 6,000sqm and feature artisan food and beverage operators, a proposed cinema, fresh food grocer and boutique retail and services.
Positioned on what will become the 6ha site’s “High Street”, residents will have access to a common sub-tropically landscaped roof-top recreation area with pool, BBQ and dining/entertaining facilities.
