$550 Million Dusit Thani Brookwater Golf Resort and Spa Makes Splash On Market

B

The luxury $550 million Dusit Thani Brookwater Golf and Spa Resort has made a splash on the market, with Stage 1 achieving $44 million in sales.

Local and offshore buyers have acquired over 90 apartments in Stage 1 of the 168 apartments overlooking Brookwater Golf Course. Apartments comprise large two bedroom formats with large private courtyards, and plunge pools adjoining extensive outdoor entertainment areas, balconies and patios amongst a tropical landscape environment all with views to the award winning Greg Norman Brookwater Golf Course.

Oliver Hume Joint Managing Director Marcus Buskey, who is the marketing agent for the development, said demand for the luxury apartments had been unprecedented based on both the absolute golf course frontage and the world-class luxury of Dusit Thani and the exceptional returns to investors.

“Return on equity modelling shows that this is Australia’s No. 1 investment for private investors or self-managed super funds,” he said.
