Submissions are now open for the ULI Award for Decarbonisation in Real Estate, presented by The Urban Developer in partnership with the Urban Land Institute (ULI).
Now in its third year, the award champions the industry leaders and projects driving tangible emissions reductions across the built environment—recognising initiatives that are redefining what it means to build for a low-carbon future.

Demonstrated impact on asset performance or market value through decarbonisation efforts
An independent judging panel made up of ULI committee members and industry experts will assess submissions, with a focus on innovation, outcomes and scalability across the sector.
