Frasers Property Launch 'Absolute' Final stage At Putney Hill Development

Putney-Hill-Absolute-2_620x380

Frasers Property Australia has announced the launch of Absolute, the final residential release at Putney Hill.

The final homes will comprise of 22 luxurious 4 and 5 bedroom homes offering the ultimate in modern family living.

COX Architecture, who designed Absolute, said Absolute contains two distinct designs offering flexibility of floor plans to suit different lifestyles coupled with generous living spaces which flow seamlessly outdoors.

"Each home will boast a number of special features, some never-before-seen at Putney Hill. These include the grand proportions of the dwellings, homes are up to three storeys high, some with ceiling heights of up to 3.2 metres, use of voids and skylights, butler’s pantries, additional studios, the very latest in Smeg appliances including the revolutionary brand new “speed oven”, and Parisi matt black tapware."

Frasers Property Sales and Marketing Director Dino Carulli said Putney Hill has evolved into a thriving new community, comprising spacious family homes, terrace style houses and polished apartments, set within a natural landscape of parklands, native trees and open spaces.

"The latest – and last – offering will give home buyers the final opportunity to secure their own piece of luxury living, off-the-plan, in the heart of a newly-established, family friendly neighbourhood."Absolute is divided into two collections of homes, Luxe Edition and Grande Edition, both of which feature two floorplan designs that give purchasers the ability to customise the interior to best suit their family’s needs.

Some of the homes offer the opportunity for a separate studio space – for use as a home office, grandparent or teenager retreat, nanny residence or rental – a highly sought-after feature.

The Grande Edition homes offer purchasers two distinctive kitchen layouts, in addition to having the option to convert the large butler’s pantry into a second kitchen complete with appliances – all designed with individual style.

Purchasers will also have the flexibility to choose between two floorplan layouts to suit buyers at various life stages.

Many of the Grande Edition homes boast city views of Sydney from the top floor and are expected to come with approval for backyard in-ground swimming pools of just under 40,000 litres, should homeowners wish to include one.

To future-proof for 21st century living, each Grande home within Absolute will be fitted out with the latest technologies including; an electric car charging point in the garage and 3kw solar photovoltaic (PV) system, as well as a 5000ltr rainwater tank. NBN is also already connected and up and running across all homes at Putney Hill.

Nestled on the border of Putney and Ryde, Putney Hill is a hugely popular thriving neighbourhood of 791 apartments and houses, together with parklands, community gardens, children’s playground, running track, native trees and bushland. Since the first sod was turned on-site in 2011, today more than 1,100 people have taken up residence at the community.
