5

The team behind Sydney's

Central Park development have reached another major milestone with the 1,000th apartment changing hands.

Since launching in August 2010, sales at Central Park have ranged between $460,000 and$ 2.135 million.

In an announcement on their

Facebook page,

Frasers Property Australia and

Sekisui House publicly thanked a 'visionary group' of 1,400 purchasers.

The first residents in One Central Park West (featured above) will move in by July 2013.

The Norman Foster-designed master plan features 11 buildings in total and over 2,000 apartments.

The $2 billion Central Park development in Sydney’s inner southern suburb of Chippendale is expected to take between 8 and 10 years to complete.
