Freehold Homes Hit The Market In Kingscliff

Forty-six freehold homes at Seaside Drive, Kingscliff have launched to market.

The site, Pacifica, is being brought to market by a consortium led by local developers Tim Mundy and Adam Leach and consists of architecturally designed three and four bedroom homes, with a modern beach aesthetic.

The homes line the blocks of Seaside Avenue and Sailfish Way on either side of Ocean Avenue, just three blocks from the beach.

Developer Tim Mundy said the development was one of the last freehold developments available north of Casuarina and on the Eastern side of Casuarina Way.

"The development combines modern architectural designs with close proximity to the ocean, and we've seen a strong response from buyers already with deposits made on more than half of the lots already," Mr Mundy said.
