A chateau in France has been sold for the world record price of €275 million ($AUD 410 million).
Located on a 23 hectare site outside of Paris, between Versaille and Marly-le Roi, Chateau Louis IXV has been sold to a Middle Eastern buyer by Christie's International Real Estate.
