Global creative agency The FS Group (Felix and Slink) are using their creative nous to turn Brookfield Residential Properties' luxury apartment project, Gallery House, into one of Brisbane's most stylish addresses.
Brookfield Residential Properties General Manager Lee Butterworth said The FS Group were appointed to work on Gallery House to showcase the project's artful perspective and conceptualise the premium lifestyle on offer.
"Gallery House is our most luxurious project in Queensland and is our seventh building in Northshore Hamilton. The project is located on an absolute riverfront site and is a culmination of our years of experience and local knowledge in the area," he said.
"We are very aware that Gallery House buyers are design conscious and enjoy a superior level of luxury.
"Felix and Slink offers a refined sense of style and brought our brief to life through their own local knowledge and global perspectives."The 20-level apartment project radiates an artful persona and features a selection of City, River and Sky Collection homes priced from $362,000, with penthouses starting from $2.3 million.
FS says their vision for Gallery House was inspired by the natural textures, forms and shapes of the riverfront landscape.
Felix and Slink Director of Advertising Kate O’Connor and Creative Director Tom O'Connor are the ones responsible for the creative strategy, interior styling and branding of the project that comprises a range of designer one, two and three bedroom residences and exclusive penthouses on the riverfront in Hamilton.

"Given this was our starting point, it was a natural progression for us to collaborate with an internationally renowned artist and so, we partnered with the acclaimed Sam Chirnside.
"His vivid works blur the lines between physical and digital space.
"Sam was commissioned as the artist in residence and has created three masterpieces that capture the soul of the project."Mr O'Connor said the next step was to create a unique sense of style that was unlike any other residential apartment project in Brisbane.
"We wanted to stand apart in the luxury property market and create a sense of lived-in layered elegance rather than the minimal, Scandinavian style that is fairly common," he said.
"In developing the interior styling, we focused on luxe materials and textures such as burnished brass, marble and brushed velvet in order to complement the finished form created by the architect, Cottee Parker.
"One of our favourite pieces featured in our design concepts was an architectural graduated metal coffee table in the penthouse. It was designed by Stephanie Parmentier for the Swiss brand Ormon Editions as part of their Polaris collection," he said.
"We also had a particular focus on interesting textiles and used wallpaper on the ceiling of one of the penthouses with Kelly Wearstler's iconic sticks pattern in cream and metallic silver.
