Melbourne-based Glenvill Developments have appointed Ashley Bramich as sales and marketing director in a move that will see Bramich transition the developer into its next growth phase.
As Glenvill diversify into large-scale development in the delivery of Melbourne’s largest infill site -- the 16 hectare YarraBend in Alphington -- Bramich brings a wealth of experience, having played an integral role in the transitioning of BPM from the boutique medium-density market into high-density development.
Demolition works commenced at the former Amcor paper mill site in Alphington earlier this year. The masterplan is expected to house up to 5000 people, and includes a 2,000 square metre retail precinct, restaurants and a primary school.
The YarraBend development proposal places a significant emphasis on sustainable outcomes through horticultural design, water storage, community gardens and green rooftops. The developer has teamed up with US energy company Tesla to install solar panels and chargers.
