Gold Medallist Joins Mayor To Open Quest Bella Vista

QUEST-BELLA-VISTA-159-of-254_620x380

Commonwealth Gold Medallist and former Australian netball captain, Liz Ellis joined Mayor of The Hills Shire Council, Clr Dr Michelle Byrne to open the  Quest Bella Vista at 24 Norbrik Drive within the Norwest Business Park.

The hotel is the newest addition to the Quest Apartment Hotels network and houses 147 one, two and three-bedroom apartments over seven levels.

Quest National Sales Operations Manager, Tim Cross, was thrilled to join Ms Ellis and Mayor Byrne to officially open Quest Bella Vista, the second largest property in the Quest network. The leading apartment hotel operator will add a total of 337 rooms to the Sydney market in 2016, with the opening of Quest properties in St Leonards, Bella Vista and Macquarie Park.

“We are extremely proud to be officially opening Quest Bella Vista tonight, further cementing Quest’s positioning within the Sydney market. Demand has increased significantly as Sydney reaffirms its place on the global stage, consistently recognised as a key destination in the Asia Pacific region,” said Mr Cross.

“Quest Bella Vista has already experienced full occupancy on several occasion since opening at the end of June, seeing high occupancy consistently for the remainder of 2016. I congratulate Quest Bella Vista Franchisees, Kamal and Sagar Verma on this commendable achievement. I look forward to a prosperous future for Kamal, Sagar and the team at Quest Bella Vista as it establishes itself within the wider community.”

Mayor Michelle Byrne officially welcomed Quest on behalf of The Hills Shire Council, highlighting the impact Quest Bella Vista would have on the business tourism sector.

“The Sydney Hills is one of the fastest-growing regions in NSW and we welcome Quest to our business park. Tourism is a vital industry, contributing around $342 million to our economy and employing more than 2000 people. I congratulate Quest and I’m sure they will help to drive our visitor economy,” Mayor Byrne said.

Quest Bella Vista Franchisees Kamal and Sagar Verma were pleased to officially open the property and share the experience with members of the local business community. Father and son team Kamal and Sagar are continuing to grow their business, having been the franchisees of Quest Dubbo since late 2015.

“The quality of the property is of the highest standard and we are committed to delivering the best possible customer service to ensure each guest has the premium experience they expect from a Quest Apartment Hotel,” Kamal said.

Located just 33kms from the Sydney CBD with easy airport access, Quest Bella Vista houses contemporary conference facilities, an onsite gymnasium and car parking.
