Goldfields Pushes Go on $280m Fortitude Valley Office Block
Goldfields has broken ground on 88 Robertson Street, its 16-storey A-Grade office development in the James Street precinct.
ULTRA Queensland, an Australian-owned and operated construction firm, was tapped for the project as builder and delivery partner.
The project will create 17,000sq m of office space, along with end-of-trip facilities, dedicated levels of serviced office and wellness offerings, and landscaped outdoor wintergardens.
