Goodman Venture To Develop DHL Facilities

Goodman Group has announced the approved development of two new purpose-built facilities totally 58,225 sqm for global logistics giant DHL Supply Chain at Oakdale Industrial Estate in Sydney's west.

The two new facilities will allow DHL to service increasing customer growth in the consumer, retail and healthcare sectors. Both facilities have been pre-leased on a ten year term, with completion expected in May 2016.

The first development will comprise a 27,145 sqm facility, encompassing a 25,545 sqm warehouse, 1,200 sqm two level office and 151 parking spaces. The building features a contiguous hardstand on the eastern facade, providing a 50m deep shared hardstand with the neighbouring DHL facility.
