Greenland Sells $10.3m Penthouse At Greenland Centre

G

Greenland Australia has sold an exclusive four-bedroom penthouse on the 81st level at its flagship CBD development, Greenland Centre in Bathurst Street, for just over $10.3 million.

Marking the fifth penthouse sold with only four remaining for sale - all part of the soaring development's Diamond Collection - Greenland Australia CEO Sherwood Luo said the sale highlights the market's sustained appetite for prestige apartments in the inner-city.

To date, Greenland has sold 98 per cent of all 478 apartments in Greenland Centre.

Designed by award-winning architects, BVN Donovan Hill, Greenland Centre will be the tallest residential tower in Sydney reaching 235 metres in height, becoming a new iconic, landmark building in the city centre.

The four-bedroom penthouse commands a high position on the north east corner of the 83-storey Greenland Centre tower, spanning 328.7sqm, and offering spectacular views of the Centrepoint Tower, Hyde Park, Sydney Harbour, Sydney Harbour Bridge, Opera House and beyond.
