Frasers Property has launched a new stage of Putney Hill, the residential community set in Ryde, 13kms from Sydney’s CBD. A VIP launch of the new release, The Gardens, held over the weekend attracted high demand, with fifty per cent of the homes sold.
The developer has accelerated the launch of The Gardens following strong sales of previous stages, Jacara and Palmera Apartments.
Situated at the heart of Putney Hill, The Gardens is located on Putney Hill Drive, a short stroll from Lardelli Park’s lawns, playground and lake and is set for completion in 2015.
Comprising of 63 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, The Gardens is a boutique seven-storey building designed by architects Cox Richardson in collaboration with landscape designer Environmental Partnership.
Two-bedroom apartments range in size from 92.7sqm to 149.5sqm and are priced from $645,000 to $795,000.
Three-bedroom apartments range in size from 142.4sqm to 150.6sqm with prices of $1,030,000 to $1,155,000.
Each apartment will be finished with contemporary appliances and fixtures and include balconies, allowing residents to enjoy The Gardens’ leafy views. Secure parking and storage is also included for all apartments.
The signature feature of The Gardens is the adjoining garden for which it was named. Designed by Environmental Partnership, this will be a large green space filled with lush planting, peaceful nooks, water views and cleverly designed seating.
Lawn areas will combine with timber-terraced platforms, stone paving, winding gravel paths and a water feature with reflective pond and waterfall. Custom-designed timber seating will provide social spaces and private retreats for residents, with advanced trees planted in groves for privacy and shade.
Warwick Dowler, Project Director from Frasers Property, said The Gardens will provide residents with “a backyard unlike any other”.
“The Gardens are designed for everyone who’ll enjoy a daily dose of serenity. We imagine these apartments appealing to young families, empty nesters and professional couples looking for a peaceful home with an easy commute to the CBD.
“In the past few months, we have experienced record-breaking sales at Putney Hill. We have brought forward the sale of The Gardens to cater to exceptional demand, and already received strong interest from eager buyers awaiting this next release,” continued Mr Dowler.
The master-planned community of Putney Hill spans 13.9 hectares and sits adjacent to the site of the Royal Rehabilitation Centre. Royal Rehab has recently completed a new Recreation Circle directly adjoining Putney Hill, offering tennis and basketball courts, a community green, playground and walking track for shared use by the community.
Putney Hill’s construction works commenced in early 2012. Residents have already moved in to Putney Hill’s Dress Circle homes, with the community’s first apartments due for completion in early 2014.
