GURNER has announced the sell-out of the third and final stage of its FV project in Brisbane's Fortitude Valley, building "No.1", after just six weeks in market.
The sellout follows the sell out of the 651 apartments in the first two stages late last year.
All 266 of the 270 apartments in "No.1" released to the market have sold, with sales revenues totalling over $190m.
The developer released the project first to its client database before commencing a public campaign three weeks ago.
The swift sell-out of "No.1" caps off the overall success of the developer’s first foray into the Brisbane market, with a total of 910 apartments sold, representing over $540m in sales revenue in just six months since the project’s initial launch.

Remaining true to the developer’s penchant for decadence and high-end design, GURNER and Elenberg Fraser spared no expense with the final offering to create a building that is set to rival "6-star" hotels.
The design includes over 4,000sqm of luxury resident amenity which includes eight pools, a fully-equipped gym, VIP business club, moonlight cinema and private dining areas.
FV will create a luxury shopping and culture destination in Fortitude Valley with over 5,000 sqm at ground level dedicated to retail, café and restaurant offerings on Brunswick Street.
The first two buildings, ‘Flatiron’ and ‘Valley House’, have commenced construction and are slated to reach completion in 2017.
The penthouses will be released to market soon.
