Harry Triguboff is set to expand his Sydney apartment portfolio even more after purchasing a $75 million site in Mascot, planning a 400-plus unit complex for the area.

Mr Triguboff’s Meriton Group acquired the 11,102 square metre site on Church and Bourke Streets. The vendors were Anthony Skinner and Garrick Hawkins’ Orlani Property Group.

The site was sold through an expressions of interest campaign and is coined to be one of the largest mixed-use residential developments in Mascot.

CBRE’s Director of Residential developments Matt Ramsay

and Executive Managing Director Scott Gray Spencer managed the sale.

In an interview with The Australian Mr Ramsay said the site had more than 100 inquiries with a total of 10 bids.

The site is currently used by several industrial tenants and was purchased for $8.5 million about a decade ago.
