Harvey Norman Commercial Delivers Lifestyle Excellence at Stonepine House

With a $2-billion revitalisation project under way, Moonee Valley Park will offer a world-class racing facility, luxury residences and retail precinct.

Located 6km from Melbourne’s CBD, the century-defining project is transforming Moonee Valley Racecourse into a global benchmark for botanic-led living.

The redevelopment is a joint venture between developer Hamton and leading superannuation fund Hostplus, in partnership with Moonee Valley Racing Club (MVRC).

Moonee Valley Park presented a once-in-a-generation opportunity to transform the Valley into an iconic destination for Melbourne, Hamton managing director Matt Malseed said.

“In doing so, it will become a reference point for which developers around the world approach master planning—one that starts with the botanical landscape and pedestrian experience and then considers how the built form follows,” Malseed said.

“The development combines botanical green spaces and natural amenities to form the cornerstone of Moonee Valley Park’s vision—where wellbeing and quality of life is encouraged through an immersion in nature, including parklands, bike paths, walking trails, sporting fields, playgrounds and green community spaces, which are accessible to MVP residents and the whole Moonee Ponds community.”

Set to deliver on this vision of lifestyle excellence, all eyes are on Moonee Valley Park’s Stonepine House, which is due for completion in late 2024.

Guided by a biophilic design approach, renowned architecture firm Rothelowman were charged with translating Hamton’s vision for a harmonious balance between botanical surrounds and architecture for Stonepine House.

Consisting of 119 apartments with interiors by Carr, Stonepine House offers one, two and three bedroom residences in a range of design configurations.

From the spacious gourmet kitchen and butler’s pantry, or a dedicated home office, the pursuit of lifestyle excellence is reflective with a best-in-class approach to appliances and sanitary ware on offer.

Proudly supplied by Harvey Norman Commercial Victoria, premium brands include Miele, Fisher & Paykel, Streamline, Seima and Abey.

“We have a clear understanding of their business values and their absolute focus on delivering owners residences that they will love.

“We knew we had the right brands and product specifications to reflect this project’s commitment to encouraging wellbeing and quality of life,” King said.

Stonepine House residents are set to enjoy the ultimate quality of life with access to first-class amenities conveniently located next door, including a library and private dining, wellness sanctuary, maker’s studio, bike storage and repair zone. The rooftop infinity pool and entertaining area will overlook the Moonee Valley Racecourse and city skyline.

Harvey Norman Commercial Victoria is a proud supplier of Stonepine House. With showrooms located at Port Melbourne in Victoria, Taren Point, Somersby and Nowra in New South Wales, Mitchell in the ACT, Mile End in South Australia, Osborne Park in Western Australia, Stapylton, Warana and Townsville in Queensland, Darwin in the Northern Territory and Cambridge in Tasmania, Harvey Norman Commercial is an invaluable resource for all project requirements.
