Historic Garibaldi Inn sold for $7.8 million

G

The Garibaldi Inn commercial retail premises in Hunters Hill in Sydney's North Shore has been sold for $7.8 million.

The complex, which is prominently located at 37 Alexandra Street on the corner of Alexandra and Ferry Streets, is arguably the most well-known building in the suburb.

It comprises the  original two storey sandstone building and two substantial separate retail and commercial buildings.

It has net income of approximately $555,885 from 14 retail and commercial tenants. The property has a site area 1,050 sqm with a total lettable area of approximately 770 sqm and underground parking for 14 cars.

Its tenancy mix includes a café, florist, hair and beauty, newsagent, solicitor, real estate agent and other retail boutiques.

It was sold through LJ Hooker Mosman.
