Historic Victorian Town To Get New Development

Investa Land is developing new land and home packages in the historic town of Diggers Rest – just thirty minutes from the Melbourne CBD. This new 1400 lot development, Bloomdale, will be able to house in excess of 3,800 people.

More than thirty of Australia’s leading new home builders including; Simmonds Homes, Dennis Family Homes, Long Island Homes, Bright Homes, Quantum Homes

and Zuccala Homes have partnered with Investa to create more than 100 new house and land packages.

This new development has assigned home designs to specific lots in a move to reduce the time it takes for a consumer to make decisions and build, hopefully resulting in more residents in a quicker timeframe.

“Many people enjoy choosing a home design for their land but we’re frequently seeing busy buyers who simply don’t have the time. The Bloomdale development includes 13 hectares of wetlands, 40 kilometres of walking paths and bike tracks, four hectares of open space and six neighbourhood parks.
