History And Contemporary Elegance Combine At Classic East Melbourne

Classic-East-Melbourne_620x380

Construction has commenced at Classic East Melbourne, a development located beside the Pullman Hotel, in what is considered one of the suburb’s most picturesque areas.

Construction follows an overwhelming response from off-the-plan buyers.

“Close to Melbourne’s heart, within the tightly held pocket of East Melbourne, Classic East Melbourne is an exclusive opportunity for discerning buyers to secure an elegant slice of real estate,” Colliers International’s Brett Griffith said.

“The residences have been enormously popular with owner-occupiers, with a high proportion of purchasers downsizing from East Melbourne.

"Buyers have been particularly taken by the project’s unique nature.”

East Melbourne lies close to Melbourne’s major sporting precinct and the vast parklands that spread along the banks of the Yarra River. South-facing apartments will enjoy uninterrupted views over the MCG, Yarra parklands and Melbourne’s world-class entertainment precinct. The apartments facing north offer a year-round sunny aspect, providing views across East Melbourne’s classic residential neighbourhood.

Classic East Melbourne lies just minutes from the centre of Australia’s most vibrant city but is surrounded by serene green parks with expanses of lush lawn, magnificent trees and tranquil grottoes.

The carefully considered interiors have been designed to allow residents to put their own stamp on their decor. High ceilings, luxurious finishes and bespoke fittings and fixtures feature throughout the apartments.

More than 80% of the boutique development by Brookfield Property Partners and Cbus Property has already sold, with stages one and two sold out. Stage three comprises 46 meticulously crafted luxury residences within Parade, a stylish new 11-storey building incorporating the historic MCG Hotel.

Parade is 70% sold out with a great variety of apartments still available.

Classic East Melbourne is anticipated for completion in early 2018.
