Industry Leaders Praise Showcase’s Innovative Solutions

Revolutionising display suite technology for multi-residential projects, AD Group’s presentation software, Showcase, offers a comprehensive solution to enhance the display suite experience for buyers and sales agents.

Some of Australia’s leading project marketers and developers, such as CBRE, Abadeen, Deicorp, and Fortis, have employed Showcase as their tool to display their off-the-plan development portfolio, considering the technology a “must-have” in their sales and marketing strategies.

The dedicated Showcase app allows visitors to interact with the building.

Via the app, sales agents can walk buyers through the project’s features, navigate through floor plates and floorplans, present real-time stock availability, and distribute specific collateral and documentation to the buyer while monitoring the buyer’s engagement post-appointment.

Developers with multiple projects see additional value in Showcase through the multi-project functionality, which allows the user to swap between multiple projects within their workbook in one touch.

Beyond the multi-project feature, their selling agents can access Showcase from anywhere on any device if they need to present a project remotely.

A nod to its technological innovation, Showcase has been recognised as a finalist in the Best PropTech category at The Urban Developer Awards for Industry Excellence.

“Showcase represents the culmination of years of research, development and feedback from industry experts, and this nomination validates our efforts in pushing the boundaries of what is possible in real estate technology,” said Tom Hywood, co-founder and general manager of AD Group.

Katie Rea, head of marketing at Abadeen, said that the Sydney-based property developer had been utilising Showcase in their display suites for the past two years and counting. The team considered it as an integral part of their presentation strategy.

“Previously, our approach relied entirely on traditional marketing materials such as brochures and printed collateral,” Rea said.

“While these materials still hold significance in the sales journey, Showcase has revolutionised how we engage with our clients.

“With Showcase, we can present large-scale images, videos and animations, even incorporating sound to create a more immersive experience.

“Additionally, we can review floorplans in greater detail on screens, facilitating comparisons of finishes and enhancing the overall presentation during client walkthroughs.”

Not only has Showcase enhanced the overall presentation experience for Abadeen’s agents but for all display suite visitors.

“The feedback has been overwhelmingly positive,” Rea said.

“Visitors have appreciated how Showcase adds an extra dimension and layer to our display suites, enhancing the impact of our physical marketing materials. 

“It’s been instrumental in creating a more immersive and engaging experience for our clients.”

Similarly, Deicorp, Fortis, and CBRE have lauded Showcase for its innovative offering.

David Milton, CBRE’s managing director of residential projects, Australia, expressed his contentment with Showcase. The globally recognised real estate group uses the tech across its apartment developments up the eastern seaboard.

“In recent history, we have been encouraging our customers to employ AD Group’s Showcase software as the sales presentation technology in their display suites,” Milton said.

“Beyond Showcase providing a high-impact experience for buyers, the software’s functionality optimises the productivity of our agents and creates efficiencies across both the sales and administrative departments of both CBRE and our clients.

“CBRE has now onboarded Showcase as the digital sales tool for all CBRE projects in our North Sydney HQ sales suite.

“Our team now has the ability to present the projects in our workbook from the project’s display suite, the CBRE office or, if required, even remotely.”

Deicorp, one of Australia’s largest private developers, has been using Showcase across all their project launches for the past two years and plans to continue doing so.

“We have appreciated AD Group’s Showcase tech across our projects’ marketing strategies and the team has been great,” said Kara Napper, manager—sales operations at Deicorp.

“Our agents have loved how user-friendly the interface is, allowing them to present all of the development’s info in one place.”

New to Showcase, Fortis will be rolling out their residential developments using Showcase soon.

“Our office desired an in-house showroom solution to help present our projects in an immersive way, and A&D’s Showcase seemed like the perfect fit,” Rommy Pettersen, marketing manager at Fortis, said.

Fortis will use Showcase for all its projects, looking at including LED walls, immersion rooms and the Showcase app in its upcoming sales suites.

“Showcase technology has allowed our agents to help captivate buyers and guide them through a dynamic digital sales experience,” Pettersen said.

“They can effortlessly display various floorplans, interact with the building and present purchasers with available floorplans in real time, collecting the buyers’ information right there and then.”

Winners will be announced at The Urban Developer Awards for Industry Excellence on July 31.
