ISPT Secures Bourke Street Asset

S

ISPT has acquired 206 Bourke Street, Melbourne, a six level retail, hospitality and office complex located in Melbourne’s Chinatown district.

ISPT’s General Manager, Retail Services, Sam Curry said: “The acquisition of 206 Bourke Street complements ISPT’s existing Melbourne CBD retail holdings of Melbourne’s GPO, The Strand Melbourne and Midtown.  206 Bourke Street has great potential with its large land holding fronting Bourke and Little Bourke Streets.”

The complex has a total lettable area of 11,922sqm and is located on a landmark freehold site of 3,144sqm.

The property has a diverse mix of international and national tenants including G-Star, Quicksilver, JB HiFi, Regent Club, Shanghai Dynasty, Dragon Boat Restaurant and Navitas.
