Fund manager Jameson Capital have released their newest residential project, Brunswick East ("B.E.").
The $60 million, nine-storey, Brunswick East is located at 11-15 Brunswick Road and includes a mix of one, two, and three bedroom apartments.
Designed by Rothelowman, the cult artist "GhostPatrol" (David Booth) was commissioned to work on an urban mural that will run through B.E.'s foyer and public spaces as well as its façade, inspired by the "local diversity and cultural mash of Brunswick East".
“The aim for our design has always been elegant simplicity, through order and refined detail -- hence the avoidance of what we see as superfluous ornamentation," Rothelowman principal architect Shane Rothe said.

Boasting a walkability score of 83, Brunswick East offers a range of amenities from dining to entertainment. B.E is also within walking distance to Brunswick East Primary School and an array of Catholic schools, play parks and day care facilities.
