The new A-grade K1 office tower at 1 King St, Fortitude Valley is fully leased, the Courier-Mail reported.
The nine-storey tower, which was developed by Lend Lease and then acquired by Melbourne-based syndicator Impact Investment Group for $130 million, is almost complete.
The Courier-Mail reported that education company Pragmatic Training has taken 3600 sq m in the building and electronics payment processing business Ezidebit 1800 sq m are the latest to commit.
ASX-listed telecommunications and electronics company Vita Group is reportedly set to take 3600 sq m.
They will join the Robert Bird Group 1300sq m and Lend Lease with 5500sq m in the building.
All the leases are long term and the face rent was about $600sq m with generous incentives.
The property is part of Lend Lease’s $2.9 billion redevelopment of the RNA Showgrounds redevelopment.
