Kew's Derby Place Achieves 40 Per Cent Sell-Out In First Three Weeks

Melbourne’s renowned Crema Group brings convenient luxury to Kew with its latest development, Derby Place, a six level 78-dwelling project on High Street neighbouring the Kew Recreation Centre.

Designed by Fender Katsalidis, Derby Place has seen 40 per cent of the apartments sold in the first three weeks of sale with 90 per cent of these going to existing Kew residents.

Apartments are priced from $570,000 to $4,430,000, with one-bedroom apartments ranging from 54sqm to 74sqm, and three-bedroom spaces proportioned to be between 114sqm to 300sqm. A Coles Concept is allocated for the ground floor.
