Knight Frank has appointed Mr Neil Brookes as new Regional Head of Capital Markets for Asia Pacific.
Neil Brookes comes to Knight Frank with over 12 years of experience in capital markets.
Based in Singapore, Mr Brookes will be responsible for the regional capital investment market business which drives all outbound and inbound capital flows to Asia.

Mr Brookes will be working alongside Sydney-based Managing Director of Capital Markets Australia, James Parry and London-based Head of International Investment, Jeremy Walter.
Mr Brookes has previously been responsible for the sales of the
Four Seasons Hotel in Sydney for $340m to Korean Fund Mirae.
