Knight Frank go west with the opening of Liverpool office

P

In response to the growing demand in the South Western Sydney region, Knight Frank has appointed two new directors Alex Jaafar and Paul Mileto to be based in Liverpool and specifically cover the M5 corridor, one of the largest Industrial precincts in Australia.

Alex Jaafer has joined Knight Frank as the South Western Sydney Sales Director after recently working with Colliers for the last five years and being based in the Liverpool office.  Prior to that Alex worked with Knight Frank and was based in the South Western region of Sydney.

Paul Mileto also joined Knight Frank as the South Western Sydney Sales Director after previously working as an established operator with Jones Lang LaSalle based in Parramatta for several years.

“The appointment of Paul and Alex is a strategic one for Knight Frank to strengthen our overall Industrial offering in the South Western Sydney region, a market overall which has been showing significant signs of improved sentiment,” said Knight Frank’s NSW Managing Director, Richard Horne.

“We will be looking to further strengthen our agency business across all areas,” added Mr Horne.
