Little Projects Achieves Central South Yarra Sell Out

S

The project located at 2-4 Yarra Street, South Yarra is now completely sold out, over 12 months ahead of the building's mid-2015 anticipated completion date.

Little Projects purchased the site from Stockland in May 2011 for $22.5 million.

Little Projects Managing Director, Michael Fox

said the 30 storey development located off South Yarra's vibrant Toorak Road and Chapel Street precincts, has resonated with buyers seeking the ultimate lifestyle in a premier address.

"We are proud to see yet another project completely sold out prior to construction completion, delivering our purchasers their new home or investment ahead of schedule. This result is a real vote of confidence in Little Projects and our quality offering and has been our most successful project to date.

"The success of Central South Yarra demonstrates our continued understanding of delivering what our buyers are seeking in multi-residential living, as we continue to offer contemporary lifestyle developments in enviable inner city lifestyle locations," says Fox.

The $220 million development comprises 355, one and two bedroom apartments and two luxurious penthouses, with the facade designed by renowned architects ROTHELOWMAN and apartment interiors by Plus Architecture.

Central South Yarra also includes a Rooftop Retreat, sky pool, sky terrace and gym.

The success of Central South Yarra follows the sell out of Little Projects' ILK South Yarra development, located at 227-229 Toorak Road.
