Another Super Skyscraper Proposed for Brisbane's Margaret Street

M

Developer World Class Land has lodged a development application for a 91 storey residential skyscraper on Margaret Street, Brisbane.

The tower will reach the maximum height allowed in Brisbane for air navigation reasons, just like the adjoining Brisbane Skytower development.

According to the DA, the tower will have a total of 783 units, including two penthouses with units consisting of the following configurations:24 x 3 Bed + 3 Bath,
36 x 3 Bed  + 2 Bath,
434 x 2 Bed + 2 Bath,
110 x 2 Bed + 1 Bath,
and 177 x 1 Bed + 1 Bath.
