McNab Tops Out its White Main Beach Tower

McNab Tops Out White Main Beach Tower

Queensland construction and development group McNab has marked the topping out of its sold-out 33-storey luxury apartment tower at Main Beach.

The $90-million White Main Beach, which comprises one home per floor with 360-degree views of the beachfront and hinterland, has showcased McNab’s expertise as an integrated builder and developer.

The topping out of White Main Beach comes as McNab, a multi-award-winning company, celebrates 27 years in the industry.

Founded in Toowoomba in 1996 and now one of the largest private companies in the state, McNab has delivered landmark projects across multiple sectors including luxury residential, industrial, food and processing factories, commercial, hotels and more.

McNab managing director Michael McNab emphasised the strong bond that the development and construction team had established with the buyers, highlighting the importance of commemorating the topping-out celebration together.

“Right from the start our team has had a strong belief that White was an excellent product, in a stellar location to offer clients an enviable lifestyle,” McNab said.

“We’ve been able to work very closely with each buyer to ensure their apartment is customised to exactly what they need, something which the buyers and the McNab team have enjoyed throughout the process.

“It was only appropriate, considering the close relationship we have fostered with our buyers throughout this journey, that we extend an invitation for them to partake in the momentous occasion of celebrating the building’s topping out.”

White Main Beach follows a busy period for the company, which delivered more than 40 projects in south-east Queensland in 2022 with a larger workbook already locked in for 2023 for long-term clients seeking certainty and quality.

White Main Beach is a significant milestone in McNab’s ongoing diversification strategy initiated in 2019.

This approach has involved maintaining a well-balanced construction workbook and diversifying into non-construction income streams such as developments and aligned businesses.

“We have a strong pipeline of development work with several exciting projects on the horizon,” McNab said.

“Among these development projects is the much-anticipated residential land development Lumeah at Peregian Springs, a joint venture with Cube Developments.”

The White Main Beach homes range from $2.6 million to $8m, each with three to four bedrooms and three ensuites.

The project was undertaken with architect WMK. Each apartment is 325sq m and “bathed in light-filled sophistication”.

Over the years McNab has solidified a reputation for high-quality work and developing long-term relationships, with 90 per cent of its growth secured from word of mouth and repeat business.
