Melbourne's West Heats Up With $1.06 Million Sale

1

An industrial property in Melbourne's west has been sold to an owner occupier for $1.06 million.

The sale of 37 Sunline Drive, Truganina was negotiated by JLL's Josh Freezer on behalf of VST Investments.

The 970sqm site includes an 824sqm high-clearance clear span warehouse and a 146sqm office area.

The property includes ample parking, easy truck access, three-phase power and two container-height roller shutter doors.

Located 21km from the city, the site is located in Truganina, one of the fastest-growing suburbs in Melbourne. According to research from

Forecast I.D., Truganina is expected to have a population of 39,951 by 2031, which would be an increase of 1,350.6 per cent, or 28,633 persons from 2006.

The property also has good access to the CBD and ports via the Deer Park Bypass and Robinsons Road.
