Mirvac has unveiled a new $950 million development called Ascot Green that will form part of the Eagle Farm Residential Precinct redevelopment.
Located in the blue-chip suburb of Ascot in North Brisbane, the 54,000 square metre residential precinct will be built alongside Brisbane Racing Club's Eagle Farm racecourse and forms part of the Eagle Farm Master Plan. It will be part of a new retail, restaurant, entertainment and leisure destination.
The first stage release of luxury residences at Ascot Green will consist of two towers offering one, two and three-bedroom apartments in addition to an exclusive series of pavilion apartments. Prospective buyers will also be offered the opportunity to purchase custom designed four and five-bedroom residences, upon request.
The nine and 12 storey buildings will feature expansive rooftop terraces where residents and their guests can enjoy views of the historic Eagle Farm racecourse and city beyond. Further amenity offered to residents will include a lap pool and gym.
Complementing the impressive on-site facilities will be easy access to Racecourse Road’s numerous cafes, shops and restaurants. Residents can also take advantage of the weekly fresh food markets on their doorstep at the Eagle Farm Markets.
