said the portfolio is in line with the targets announced in Mirvac’s strategic review, including:

  • 70-80% exposure to prime grade CBD assets and CBD assets with development and/or repositioning opportunities

  • Increase Perth CBD weighting

  • Increase Melbourne CBD weighting
