Mosaic Property Launches $15 million Norman Park Development

R

Brisbane-based boutique developer, Mosaic Property Group, has launched a luxurious project in Norman Park, topping off an annual pipeline of more than 330 apartments across the city fringe.

The company, which acquired the site at Norman Crescent, Norman Park, in early 2015  has a further 10 projects planned for 2016.

Managing Director Brook Monahan said Reside by Mosaic, designed by Vabasis Architects, capitalised on its elevated position and to give 180-degree city and river views.

“Superior planning and innovative design have led to the creation of spacious high-end apartments up to 260 sqm in size – 20 per cent larger than the area average," Mr Monahan said.

“Each of the 21 boutique two and three bedroom residences are equipped with luxury inclusions as standard, including large furnishable balconies, premium oak timber floors in all living areas, A/C throughout all rooms, as well as high-end gourmet kitchens with stone benchtops and European appliances.”

Mr Monahan said the demand for inner-city housing and low rise luxury apartments remains strong, and with the population of Norman Park increasing by over 18 per cent since 2006, the demand for property continues to remain high.

Construction of Reside by Mosaic is scheduled to commence in November 2015, with first residents expected to settle in September 2016.
