An in depth look at the structures, strategies and case studies that determine success.

The Urban Developer in partnership with Development Finance Partners and Hall Chadwick proudly present ‘How To Fund Your Development In a Changing Financial Environment’, an executive luncheon for property developers, advisors, accountants and property consultants.

Our panel of experts will provide a breakdown of the key areas of interest and concern in the current market including;

  • The key trends affecting property developers as revealed in a recent Urban Developer / DFP survey.

  • What property developers should be doing now to adapt and work within the current funding climate.

  • The geographic, demographic and product-related success factors.

  • An in-depth analysis of different funding models and detailed case studies.

  • How to structure your property development for maximum profitability and success.

  • What opportunities and threats exist within the current property cycle.

The panel and presentations will provide attendees with a comprehensive understanding of the major finance and structuring issues impacting the current and future property market in Australia.
