Sydney developer Equitibuild has lodged plans for a five-storey mixed-use apartment block in Sydney's Neutral Bay.
The proposal, with an estimated $13 million construction cost, sits on a conspicuous corner site off Military Road and Rangers Road.
The 1,534sq m site currently contains one 3-storey commercial building and two 2-storey dwellings which will be demolished to make way for the proposal.
The PBD Architect-designed building will transform the street corner into 26 apartments with ground floor retail along Military Road.

The proposal includes a rooftop terrace and 53 car spaces.
Documents submitted to council outlined the building's response to the future growth of the area by including a well-articulated and modulated facade that provides an attractive and appropriately-scaled streetscape.
In June, North Sydney councillors approved a 17-storey apartment building in St Leonards submitted by Equitibuild.
The development proposal more than doubled the height limit — from 26 metres to 56 metres — in the area.
The 56-metre building addition will sit atop the historic Marco building at 575-583 Pacific Highway, St Leonards, and deliver 82 apartments when complete.
