New Apartments Set For Sydney's Hyde Park

ONE30 Hyde Park promises to be one of the most luxurious apartment buildings developed in Sydney to date.

Designed by Bates Smart, the 38-level building will capture the spirit of developments in London and New York that front those cities' major public parks. Ground level will feature a variety of complementary retail stores.

The development is being jointly developed by Ecove and Hong Kong's Aoyan Property Group.

"We are creating a building that does justice to our landmark site on the edge of Sydney's most beautiful public park," said Ecove Marketing Manager Sue Ballesty.

  • One-bedrooms (56-67sqm. internal ) from $1,028,000

  • Two-bedroom (66-95sqm. internal) from $1,288,000.

  • Three-bedroom (111-144sqm. internal) from $3,128,000.

  • Penthouses (208-237sqm. internal) from $8,200,000
