The South West’s newest $1 billion masterplanned community 'New Breeze' has hit a significant milestone with $107.4 million worth of sales achieved.
Over 250 sales have been secured following the project’s launch six months ago in April, with young couples, families and retirees from surrounding areas driving the strong sales result.
New Breeze Sales Manager Jesse Johnson said the development is strategically located to capitalise on existing infrastructure and new infrastructure planned for the region.
“In the past six months, New Breeze has blitzed land sales rates in the South West and led sales growth in the region.
"Two of the major sales drivers have been its proximity to Edmondson Train Station (400 metres from the site) and the $1 billion Edmondson Park Town Centre which is across the road.
“Lifestyle has also been a significant factor in securing the strong sales result at New Breeze," he said.
The community boasts large high quality parks and playgrounds, a sports oval, bike and cycle paths and 40 hectares of open spaces for recreational activities.
“Existing purchasers have been our best sales advocates," Mr Johnson said.
"They are telling their friends and family about New Breeze who in turn are also purchasing in the project. We are creating a large community with sub communities of friend and family clusters forming in the estate.
"Major earthworks are well underway. The first residents are expected to move in around mid 2017.”
A variety of lot sizes from 250 square metres to over 647.7 square metres are available in New Breeze with prices starting from $330,000 to $670,000.
These lots are positioned close to Brigade Park and Bardia Public School. All of the lots are easy build and include NBN access. New Breeze will comprise 1280 new homes with a range of housing types to suit all lifestyles and budgets.
The project is only eight kilometres from Liverpool’s CBD and about 45 minutes from Sydney CBD. It is at the gateway to the expanding Sydney South West Growth Centre and provides easy access to the proposed second airport at Badgerys Creek.
