New Estate Launches In Sydney's North West

S

Creation Homes are launching a series of new architecturally designed house and land packages in the growth suburb of Kellyville, in Sydney’s North‐West.

Metro Property Development's Withers Rise Estate is located on Withers Road and has 10 packages, with the Highlands Estate on Hill View Road comprising 15 fully turnkey home and land packages.

Both locations offer buyers a range of three and four bedroom home configurations starting from $836,000.

All homes have a minimum of two bathrooms as well as double garages. High‐profile architects MPS designed the homes with young families in mind and even upgraders looking for something new that comes with a full turnkey offering.

The selected finishes are intended for low‐maintenance living, with laminated timber flooring and high quality ceramic tiling to ground floor living, dining and kitchen as well as ceramic tiles and full height tiling to all wet areas. All remaining rooms have been fitted with first grade quality carpet.

Withers Rise and Highlands offer a range of traditional and contemporary facades, with single and double storey options available. There are a variety of different floor plans available to buyers offering ultimate flexibility.

“Buyers have the chance of a luxurious lifestyle at an affordable price, coupling modern features with large, open plan living spaces and outdoor terraces perfect for entertaining and everyday use for families,” said Greg Perlman of MPS architects.

All homes feature spacious living areas as well as verandahs, terraces or second floor balconies. Luxury is key with large master bedrooms and most featuring walk‐in wardrobes and ensuites. Practicality has also been taken into consideration, with ample storage and separate laundry rooms.

“With brand new large family homes available at under $900,000 in a key growth area such as Kellyville, we expect an influx of interest from families and savvy investors alike,” said Phil Leahy at Metro Property Development.

Both Withers Rise and Highlands are close to the new North West Rail Link currently being built as well as the Rouse Hill town centre and Castle Towers shopping centre. There is an abundance of restaurants, cinemas, parklands, kindergartens, primary and secondary schools.

Construction on both subdivisions is nearly complete so building can commence within a couple of months with houses completed and ready for move in by early November, 2016.
