New Luxury Apartment Project Unveiled For Prahran East

VIEW_03_LR_620x380

Melbourne property developer Goldfields has unveiled its newest boutique apartment project, 525 High Street, containing 46 residences designed by JCB Architects and interior designers Hecker Guthrie.

Located in Prahran East Village, one of Melbourne’s undiscovered pockets situated between Toorak and Armadale, and within walking distance of Hawksburn Village and Victoria Gardens.

The seven storey building comprises 44 spacious one, two and three-bedroom apartments and two townhouses, highlighted by marble and timber accents, aged iron tapware, designer hardware and Miele appliances.

Goldfields Chief Operating Officer Lachlan Thompson says 525 High Street delivers a new perspective to the "hidden gem" that is Prahran East Village.

“It’s an area with so much potential just waiting to be explored. There is a rich heritage bursting with renowned local establishments, so we knew the sophistication of 525 High Street would be a more than fitting addition to this exclusive address.”

525 High Street reflects Hecker Guthrie’s signature interior design style of attention to detail and features luxuries generally found in traditional homes, including an entry hall, butler’s pantry, traditional fireplace and even a designated bar.

Marshall White Projects Director and Selling agent Leonard Teplin said 525 High Street offered a rare opportunity for those who had an eye for premium design and an appetite for Melbourne’s luxuries.

“Our purchasers aren’t just looking for the perfect home, they’re looking for the lifestyle that will match it, which is why 525 High Street offers something unique,” he said.

All residences have a car park space - some have two or more spaces - with many also including a study area, laundry room, bar, and additional storage.

525 High Street offers two bedroom apartments priced from $689,500, and townhouses from $740,000. The penthouse occupying the entire top floor and featuring direct lift access and three secure basement car spaces is priced at $3,200,000. There is also a small collection of one bedroom apartments that provide the perfect inner city base for young professionals or ‘sea changers’ spending a few nights a week in town.

Construction is scheduled to commence early 2017 and expected to be completed towards the end of the second quarter of 2018.
