New South Yarra Apartments With Rockley Gardens Experience

unnamed_620x380-2

Metacorp, the Australian division of International Developer AlloyMDT, has unveiled their 49 home residential development, Rockley Gardens.

Rockley Gardens, is located at 339 Toorak Road, a seven minute walk to the Yarra river and overlooks its namesake, the historic Rockley Gardens.

Designed by Melbourne Architects, Elenberg Fraser and landscape architects, Oculus, Rockley Gardens is designed for those who wish to downsize their living situation but still expect elements of a family home.

Apartments include two bedroom and two bathroom configurations from 100 sqm with a 70 sqm terrace, and three bedrooms up to 150 sqm with a 51 sqm terrace.

Elenberg Fraser Interior Designer Interior Designer said the intention for Rockely Gardens is to create a curated home experience.

“Rockley Gardens kitchens will make striking statements in luxe functionality with marble clad range hoods, splash backs and island benches. Miele appliances will feature in the kitchens with plenty of bespoke cabinetry throughout.”

Rockley Gardens is also adjacent to the South Yarra Station, tennis club, the South Yarra library and Cinema Como, as well as local restaurants, shopping, wine bars, cafes and gourmet grocers.

Further supporting Melbourne’s world-renowned creativity, Elenberg Fraser has also commissioned a lighting installation by ‘articolo’. Nicci, the designer of articolo lighting is committed to creating beautiful Australian made, handcrafted architectural lighting.

South Yarra Real Estate Agent Bryce Patterson advises those interested in finding a home in one of the 49 apartments to buy early off the plan.

"It affords purchasers the opportunity to add their own individual input into apartment plan and layout," he said.
