Metacorp, the Australian division of International Developer AlloyMDT, has unveiled their 49 home residential development, Rockley Gardens.
Rockley Gardens, is located at 339 Toorak Road, a seven minute walk to the Yarra river and overlooks its namesake, the historic Rockley Gardens.
Designed by Melbourne Architects, Elenberg Fraser and landscape architects, Oculus, Rockley Gardens is designed for those who wish to downsize their living situation but still expect elements of a family home.

Further supporting Melbourne’s world-renowned creativity, Elenberg Fraser has also commissioned a lighting installation by ‘articolo’. Nicci, the designer of articolo lighting is committed to creating beautiful Australian made, handcrafted architectural lighting.
