Newest Gold Coast Acreage To Start Construction

I

Construction of the first homes at the Gold Coast’s newest acreage community Montego Hills at Kingsholme is set to begin, following the recent land registration and titling of the first 33 acreage lots. Plans for the first homes have been rolling in for covenant approval, with a number of Montego Hills buyers submitting their final home designs in the lead up to settlement.

Villawood Properties Executive Director Tony Johnson said Montego Hills’ buyers were excited to start building their dream homes on their Gold Coast acreage.

“So far we have seen a number of magnificent home designs set for construction at Montego Hills, with a dynamic mix of modern and traditional acreage homesteads complete with top-notch amenities and spacious floorplans,” he said.

“With several homes due to start construction in the coming months, we look forward to welcoming our first residents early in the new year,” he said.

“To date, we have sold more than 40 acreage lots across the first three stages and it is exciting to see how much we have achieved in the year since the project’s launch.

“We’ve been busy finishing Montego Hills’ civil works and first roads as well as extensive landscaping and planting of native species, creating the foundations of the new community while conserving and ensuring the natural landscape and rural setting is maintained," he said.

“With the upcoming release of stage four acreage lots, enquiries and sales remain strong, reflecting the rarity of well-position and vacant acreage this close to both the Gold Coast and Brisbane. Only 14 land lots remain in stages two and three, ranging in size from 4,047sqm to 7,708sqm and priced from only $379,000."Villawood Properties is one of Australia’s leading residential property developers. It is a privately owned company, founded by Rory Costelloe in 1989 and today operated with co-Executive Director Tony Johnson.
