NGU Real Estate To Dine On New Deal

Australia's first “real estate mega office” will soon be open for business in Brisbane, offering buyers and sellers the opportunity to dine and deal.

The fitout began on the newly purchased NGU Real Estate headquarters at 37A Archer Street, Toowong, following a recent contract settlement.

NGU Group CEO Emil Juresi said the 807 square metre commercial space will be real estate’s version of Google’s Silicon Valley base.

“NGU believes the real estate industry’s franchise model is dead,” Mr Juresic said.

“No longer do buyers peer into a shop window to view properties.

“Technology has changed everything and in response we are creating a central state-of- the-art real estate work environment.”

Mr Juresic said the innovative and holistic design of the new NGU Real Estate headquarters includes a wide range of facilities from auction rooms to a top-class restaurant.

“There will be five meeting zones, a resting area, gymnasium, restaurant, two boardrooms, a conference centre and a large number of carparks,” he said.

NGU Real Estate's move into the office space followed a successful first six months in business, where the company recorded $33 million worth of property sales and while also successfully navigating the industry’s digital marketing sphere.

NGU Real Estate is the most recent addition to NGU Group which includes NGU Technology, NGU Lawyers, NGU Finance, and NGU Corp Luxury Developments.

Doors on NGU Real Estate’s Toowong home are scheduled to open mid-April.
