The Urban Developer is proud to announce that nominations are now open for our newest awards program, the inaugural Urban Leader Awards sponsored by Zagga.
Chief executive and founder of The Urban Developer Adam Di Marco said that “on the back of the growing success of The Urban Developer Awards for Industry Excellence, we have made the decision to establish a second awards program that recognises the incredible achievement of individuals within the property industry”.
The Urban Leader Awards span 14 categories across development, architecture and design, planning, sustainability, construction, finance, legal, valuation and advisory, real estate, marketing, technology, community and the Future Leader award (under 35).
Each category will be assessed against a weighted criteria focused on six key areas:
Leadership
Growth
Innovation
Responsibility
Bravery
X-Factor
“This is an incredible opportunity for leaders within the industry to be recognised for their contribution. It is also a fantastic opportunity for employers, mentors and colleagues to nominate others who they believe demonstrate leadership in their field,” Di Marco said.
Nominations are now open and will close on Friday, August 30 2024.
The awards program will culminate with a gala event in Sydney on Wednesday, October 16 2024 at Doltone House Hyde Park.
